As I understand it, the device you have a problem with now is deadbolt, and you can operate it normally (lock/unlock) in the tuya App. However, on HA, it can only be unlocked but not locked. So the current problem is how to lock the deadbolt device on HA, right?

Please provide me with the id of the latest door bolt equipment.

Please try: Select a door lock, remove it first, restart it, reconfigure the gateway, and perform the bridging and door lock opening and closing operations.

Observe to see if there are any new phenomena and tell me in time.

If your result is comforting, then do the same for the other door locks. If not, then tell me the new specific situation again.

Removed lock from tuya app and removed all data
Confirmed it was removed from Home Assistant
Removed and reinserted batteries to restart the lock
Re-added to TUYA app
Confirmed that the unit locked and locked successfully with Tuya app
Locked and unlocked with the button on the unit
Locked and unlocked again with the Tuya app
In Home Assistant, they lock shows up as new Matter lock
From HA, the lock can be unlocked but not locked. When attempting to lock, it times out after 30 seconds and the unit stays unlocked.
If I lock from the Tuya app, or manually at the lock, HA can unlock it successfully.

In summary, the behaviour has not changed.

We should have already analyzed the reason why the lock cannot be made. The lock function for this category is indeed not supported. However, we can implement it by modifying the code.

I will contact our product manager tomorrow to discuss the subsequent arrangements.

But if this requirement is a special need of yours, you may need to pay some customization fees. However, I'm not very familiar with these cost-related matters. After all, I'm just a development engineer. I'd better communicate with the product manager tomorrow and then tell you. Wait for my reply.
