Fix generic TH sensor

I have two generic temperature and humidity sensors that are correct on Tuya/smartlife app but wrong when exposing them over a NovaDigital matter hub/bridge.
Both sensors have their values stuck, not updating over matter.
I have another TH sensor from NovaDigital that is working as expected.
