ZigBee Signal Detection Fails in Tuya Smart App (v6.9.5) – Gateway BT
Hello everyone,
Since updating to Tuya Smart app version 6.9.5, I’ve been experiencing issues with the Device Signal Detection feature on my ZigBee BT Gateway.
Steps I follow:
Select the ZigBee BT Gateway
Choose a connected ZigBee device
Launch Device Signal Detection
Problems observed:
Sometimes I get a “failed to fetch” error
When it works, detection takes 34 seconds
When it fails, it takes up to 60 seconds
This issue started on September 3, 2025 and occurs every time. I’ve submitted a support ticket (ID: T202509100028), but I’d like to know if others have faced similar problems and whether any workaround exists.
