Is there are a way to test bluetooth connection and device control in a custom mobile app with Virtual Device? Or in some other way without a real device?

how can we get the latest SDK and documentation for the non-Armino chips if we do not have an agent? Access to Beken software, datasheets, SDKs for anything non-Armino is unfathomably tedious.
