Retrieve events in application of door sensors

Hello,

I wanna to use a door sensor, and create my application to retrieve event on opened/closed door.
I see that door sensors devices are Zigbee 3.0 compatible.

Do you have any link to an SDK with a Zigbee /USB device to develop and retrieve events.

It needs to works without internet connection for privacy reasons (so without any cloud platform connection).
