Smartthings no devices

Hello. I have a Moes matter hub.
Trying to use in Smartthings, it can be added correctly to Smartthings but not devices showed. If I add a completely new device it appears in the Moes hub connected in smartthings and works fine. but never shows the others zigbee devices. And if I delete a device in smartlife life and add again, it is not showed in Smartthings .

Hello.
I have removed device and add it again.
But I can not find device any platform (smartlife, tuya and smartthings)
I have try several times and factory reset
What should I do brother?
Should I have just upgraded it without deleting the device?

Please help me.
I can not use any device even though at smarlife app.
