SmartThings + Moes Matter not working

Hi Tuya Forum.

I have a SmartThings v3 hub with firmware 000.057.00014 and 4 Zigbee devices paired to the Nova Digital Matter and Thread (Moes Tuya) hub running firmware v1.12.6.

At first, I was able to successfully export the 4 devices via Matter to SmartThings. However, over the past week, these devices frequently went offline, so I deleted them from SmartThings. Since then, I’ve tried to pair them again via Matter numerous times, but all 4 devices appear as Matter Thing in SmartThings and do not function. On the Tuya Matter hub, however, they work correctly.

Can you help me?

On SmartThings, I deleted the devices exported via Matter, exported them again, and nothing changed. I did this at least 3 times and also restarted both hubs, without success.

A question: Shouldn't the Matter gateway be updated to version 1.13.8 to solve this problem?

Ok, I configured the upgrade whitelist for your device and you should now be able to receive the 1.13.6 version push. Please test again.

Hi,
After updating the Tuya hub to version 1.13.6 and restarting both hubs, 2 devices exported via Matter started working on the SmartThings hub: Human Presence Sensor and Water Leak Detector (all exported with the name "Matter Thing", I renamed the 2 that are working).

The on/off smart plug does not work in SmartThings and is stuck in the "On" status.

The Tuya hub was exported as "The Matter Wired Gateway" with 2 sensors that do not exist on it: luminosity and battery. It frequently displays the battery at 1%, triggering a notification in SmartThings to replace the low battery.

The Rain Sensor did not export.

I updated the configuration of Rain Sensor and Switch, please unbind and retest.

Regarding the abnormal display of the gateway in smartthings, we did not make corresponding configurations in the cloud, so I think maybe you can seek help in the smartthings forum.

I apologize, "The Matter Wired Gateway" is actually the Rain Sensor, and I realized this by noticing the same luminosity value in both the Tuya/Smart Life and SmartThings apps.

The smart plug device is now working perfectly, and the Tuya hub is no longer exported via Matter with the four devices. This isn't an issue, as I don't need it in the SmartThings app.

Finally, is it possible to adjust the Rain Sensor to correctly display the battery level and rain detection status?

I updated the Rain Sensor battery level display. Please delete the device and rebind it for testing.

What is the current issue with the rain detection status?

The Rain Sensor does not show the status (raining or not) exported to SmartThings. This is the most important function of this device, to know if it is raining or not, in addition to luminosity and battery.

Could you please adjust the Rain Sensor status to be exported via Matter?

I checked the cloud configuration and found it to be correct.
When it works normally in the Tuya app, does it display a fixed value in Smart Things, or does the status reverse?
Can you verify this by comparing it with Apple Home or Home Assistant? Thank you!
