No automatization in dehumidifier

Hi.
I have two dehumidifiers. I want to create automatization when my thermometer detect humidity higher that 60% turn on both dehumidifier. It is impossible because one of dehumidifier isn't detected by automatization.
Somebody know how fix this problem?
Is it posible to change software in this problemated dehumidifier?

If both devices are the same model, there should be no difference between them。Could you provide the Virtual ID of your dehumidifier after it is connected to the Tuya app? You can find it on the device information page in the Tuya app.
