Hello.

I see these unlabelled MCUs in quite a number of Tuya device. Does anyone know the make/model of what they are and if there is perhaps a datasheet?

thanks

This product is developed and produced by the customer himself, and we do not know the specific model of this MCU.
If you are asking about the CBU WiFi module, you can get it herehttps://developer.tuya.com/en/docs/iot/cbu-module-datasheet?id=Ka07pykl5dk4u
