Hello, I can't find your device information. Are you using the Tuya App?
It's not exactly a tuya app, it's a tuya-based app. It's an app called hejhome, is it impossible in this case?
Sorry, I can only retrieve the device ID from the Tuya app.
I reconect the devices in tuya app.
Recheck, Please. Thanks.

Hello, the device is now capable of bridging. Please restart the Matter gateway to verify.
I checked. The device has been handed over to Bridging. However, it's a wired product, and the battery information is 1% and the current status continues to be in the room. It's the same for restarting the Matter Hub, SmartThings Hub.
I disabled the battery function. You can restart the gateway to verify. What do you mean by "the current status remains in the room"?
It meant that the detection status was only "presence".
After your action, the battery display still comes out at 1%, but the detection sratus is bridging well.
If there is nothing more to do about battery display, it will work well as it is, so there will be no problem.
Do you have another action about battery display issue?
