Unable to create scene with TUYA smart wifi ceiling fan.

When I attempt to create scene and select (TUYA fan) device the device does not appear in my devices list. I can control the fan device in the app but cannot see it in tap to run scene or automation. Is there a solution for this as unable to create automation to control via temp sensor.
