MOES matter hub Request for registration of firmware upgrade

Hello,
I'm using Moes matter hub. I recently found the the hub has a problem connecting to the smart things. And devices under the hub appeared as just 'matter thing'
I heard it's possible to update the hub to version 1.13.8 and it requires registering the hub in a whitelist for an update.
Could you help me fix these issues?
