"really" smart aircon

I'm just about to buy a dehumidifier unit dehumidifier and it uses the Tuya app. What I'd like is a scene that considers local weather predictions e.g. https://open-meteo.com/en/docs and predicts when condensation is likely to form on my classic motorbikes and tools in the garage and turn on the dehumidifier accordingly.
I'm struggling to piece together where to start. Please can someone point me int he right direction (or collaborate)?

im struggling in a simialr way.
I just want to know what api to call with what paramters so i can get my app to
1) login to my tuya account.
2) get a list of controls
3) get a reference to a particular control
4) get some data from it

Hopefully an answer to your question will also answer mine

So I bought the dehumidifier and have the app installed and found the "Cozy Home" section of the app which is pulling weather forecast data including predicted temp and humidity already under the Environment section. Couple this with the temp and humidity data my dehumidifier is sending from the garage and everything is there....just not doing anything "really" smart.

Who/how can it be "wired" up to prevent condensation as energy efficiently as possible please?
