Moes Matter Zigbee Hub devices not working properly

Hello all,

I just bought a Moes Matter Zigbee Hub (Device ID: bff3d3214ea886e133sa2w) and after adding the following 2 zigbee devices I cannot see devices options such as "Smart" or "Alarm" so Im not able to receive any alarm when the door is opened or someone is detected.
Door device ID: bfa232c87aaee9c506gzf2
PIR device ID: bf86a1e920be5f8338rkua

It does not make sense to have door detector or PIR detector if you cannot get any alarm.
Is it possible to fix these devices so that they work properly over the Matter hub?

Hi Esnepy
If you want to receive alarm notifications, please confirm whether the notification permissions are enabled in the following two places:

In the door sensor panel's NOTICE (some may have it labeled as Alarm set), enable the Alarm settings.
Enable the notification permissions for the app.
Me -> Set -> App Notification -> System Notification

Hello,

The app already has notification permissions as I have many other devices in it and I receive notifications. In those door sensor and the PIR sensor it doesnt have the option. Thats the reason Im asking it to be enabled cause its not visible in the app.

I have checked these devices, and they are not Tuya's devices. So There is no alarm. So if you need assistance.You should submit your functional requirements to our product manager.

What do you mean with "they are not Tuya's devices"?
They are working over Tuya App and a zigbee gateway.

The Zigbee module of the device is not Tuya's.
