Both the relay and USB device use the "On/Off Light Switch" Matter bridge device type: 259.
Could you expose that usb as On/Off Plug-in Unit and that relay as On/Off Light? instead on/off light switch. They said it will work with every platform.

Okay, I've configured it according to your requirements. You can try unbinding and then re-binding the device.
