Develope Local App for PC

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to develop my own PC app to talk to Tuya enabled devices via Local Network (and not cloud)

also - is there any SDK or available demo ?

if so - can you direct me in the right direction ?

i have written a simple python code to access the data from the cloud and it works for my needs, but i would love to do that directly on my wifi network without cloud (if there is a power outage and my solar power will activate everything including the local wifi)

so if someone has idea how to do that i would appreciate the help
