根据图片得知，您使用的是 Cpython3.8。目前　IDE 只提供在标准的 python 环境下安装的流程。
非标准的 python 库，会导致安装过程中无法找到安装源，引起安装失败。

请根据 Tuya Wind IDE 进行正确的安装的操作。
