Matter support for TRV/Thermostat

Kindly add support for the following TRV/Thermostat so that they can be exposed via Matter Bridge:

Hello, both Device 1 and Device 2 have been enabled with Matter bridging support. Restarting the Matter gateway can be used to verify this. However, Devices 3 and 4 are not currently supported.

Also, it seems that item 1 is off by a factor of 10, please amend.
