I received a new Zemismart M6 yesterday and this hub connected perfectly with Tuya App. I already have two switches connected to my old JMWZG1 hub and want reconnect them to M6 hub, but M6 can not find them.

I reconnected those switches with JMWZG1 hub, did the "Remove and Clear Data", then tried again, M6 couldn't find them.
Those switches I use are SMATRUL two-gangs and Smart Circuit Breaker (SMKG-1KNL-EU-Z).

I was able to connect SMARTRUL's device with Zigbee hub from the other vendor and it works perfectly. My M6 have its own ethernet cable connects direct to my router, as same as the one my phone connected, not via a mesh system.

So what should I do with M6 hub?

In order to better analyze the problem，please provide me with your M6 id and switches id, and please try to connect these switches again, record the operation time and phenomenon, and reply me with these information.

(If possible, provide us with the zigbee network environment to capture the packet is better, if you have the ability to capture the packet, please tell me, I will provide you with my work email)

ID of all my devices are:

• Zigbee Gateway (JMWZG1): eb0e97da4400264890vqeg
• Zemismart M6 Hub: eb8d19f1f6e1d33dffutyr
• MG-Zigbee-2Gang (SMATRUL): ebff27dcc11f8842d7cieo
• Smart Circuit Breaker (SMKG-1KNL-EU-Z): eb89486c833e77ed2bwx8n

I reconneted all sub-devices to JMWZG1 and they work flawlessly. JMWZG1 detected them after 20-40 sec. M6 still can not find any one after 2 mins searching.

If you need videos for that process, I will record them.

I don't have any device to capture zigbee packets yet, but I could purchase one if necessary.

Maybe I didn't make it very clear in my last reply. I hope I can get the specific time of your operation. You can sort out what time and what operation you did and attach the corresponding device id at the same time. Please let me know this information when you receive this reply.

Yes, and your problem will be complicated in the process of troubleshooting, I need you to provide a lot of the above information. In fact, communicating on the forum is inefficient, we have time difference, we can't get the information in time. But if you're an individual developer, I don't have a better way to communicate.

I am not a professional developer, but developing keep me out of stress. So please wait, I will try me best to test all devices again.

I order some others equipments and will try to capture the packages as you say.

In order to better analyze the problem in the future, I suggest that you buy a zigbee packet catcher (CC2531) for capturing zigbee air packets.
