Adding functionality to device

I am using a device which can be controlled using the Tuya app.
Is it possible to add functionality to the device panel without specific knowledge of the device?
The device is a water boiler.
In the existing device panel there is a timer to turn on the boiler. I would like to add additional timers so the device can be turned on multiple times a day.
Is it possible?
