ZigBee PIR Motion Sensor is not working with Moe's ZigBee over Matter Bridge

I have ZigBee PIR Motion Sensor powered by a micro USB cable and/or 2-AAA Batteries paired with a Moe's ZigBee over Matter Bridge (virtual id. eb678e74379aa738a9oumy) & (Firmware 1.11.0). The bridge is connected to the Tuya app and SmartThings.
The Motion Sensor (virtual id. eb99a796e1f775474clxqe) shows up in SmartThings, but it is stuck on No Motion and 1% Battery. It should show 100% battery since it is connected to USB power. It works as expected in the Tuya app.
This is a white label device with no markings.
