Hello!
I'm facing the same issue where I have 2 sensors reporting temperature correctly but only reporting 40% humidity in Home Assistant.
Virtual device IDs:

Hi,
I have updated the configuration, please remove the two devices, reconfigure to the gateway, and do the bridge operation.
By the way, I have found that your two devices are not authorized by our company. (Suggestion: You can buy our company's authorization, in order to follow the normal service.)

I'm happy to inform that I now see humidity values other than 40% being reported, however the reading are 10x less than they should be. For instance it says 5.2% when the correct value should be 52%.
Regarding the authorization purchase, can you provide me with a link where to buy it?
