REFLASH WBR3 With new Active Credential

Hi guys,
I got a free license and activated it
And I don't know how to write the license on the WBR3 module (I took it from another Tuya device)!

I use TYProductionToolkit software.

How do I enable WBR3 mode for programming?

I connected RX TX GND VCC to TTL-> TX RX GND VCC but it doesn't program
I think I have to do something else to enable it

Please advise

We have some questions about your issue.

What type of free license do you have? Is it a UUID & AuthKey list or a token?
Where did you obtain the WBR3 module? Is it being used on another device? Has it been activated to the Tuya Cloud? If so, the programming was disabled after activation to the Tuya Cloud for 15 minutes.
You can use the PC tools located in the "pc/tools/" directory of the TuyaOS Development Kit to erase all of the flash and burn the QIO firmware at address 0x0.
If the free license is a UUID & AuthKey list, you can add it to your source code; if the free license is a token, you can use the TYProductionToolkit.
Please let us know more details so we can better assist you with your issue.

I use a token, and I use the TYProductionToolkit. (I downloaded a zip file that contains a .bin file)
I picked it up (WBR3) from another Tuya device it had activated before I picked it up.

Hi，

If you wish to change the license of the WBR3, which has been activated for a long time, it is typically not possible to do so. The license programming is closed after 15 minutes of activation. However, there is a way to achieve this by erasing the WBR3 database and authorizing the module again using your token and TYProductionToolkit. Follow the steps provided below:

1. Install the Tuya Wind IDE from this link: Tuya Wind IDE.
2. Log in to the IDE and download a development kit:

   

3. Locate the "pctools" folder at pc/tools/RTL8720CF/ and erase the database from 0x1D5000 to 0x1E5000:

   

4. Authorize the module using TYProductionToolkit by following this guide: Burn and Authorize WBR Series Modules.

I review what I did
1- I got a license according to the attachment :
see the file "1.png" and download the credentials see the attachment 2.png
and I Downloaded "AmebaZ2" app
and "Flash Erase" WBR3 chip with file "3.png"
and burn it with "imagetools_flashloader_....bin" see "4.png" attachment file
and then burn it with file "oem_8720cf_rnd_zero_dctrl_switch_QIO_1.0.1.bin" see attachment file "2.png" (credential .bin file)

So far everything has gone well and I see OK in the AmebaZ2 chip burner App.

and I tried to burn "WBR3" with "TYProductionToolkit" see the attachment file "5.png"
THAT I DIDNT DO BURN

what is my fault?

my wiring for AmebaZ2 was:
Module pin Serial port pin
A_0 VCC3.3V
LOG_RX TX
LOG_TX RX
VCC VCC3.3V
GND GND
RXD VCC3.3V

My wiring for TYD was :
Module pin Serial port pin
TX RX
RX TX
GND GND
VCC3.3V VCC3.3V

What is my fault?
And how can I Burn With the TYD?

I was forgetting that the total time to complete was not more than 15 minutes

Hi, to use the TYproductionTool, you need to knick the "run" button and then power down/up the module.
