Hello, we checked in the backend and found that this Zigbee MMW Sensor was last online between 21:57 and 21:58 on August 31, 2026.

Since the new version of the conversion file is automatically pulled after the gateway reboots, we need to ensure the sensor is online so that we can retrieve the gateway runtime logs and verify whether the gateway's operational logic is functioning correctly.

Please help bring the sensor back online, and we will pull the logs for analysis as soon as it's connected. Thank you for your cooperation!
