PC311_W_TY dual-channel Wi-Fi smart meter

Hi, I'm new here.

I have a small problem.
If this isn't the right place to post this, I apologize.

My problem concerns the PC311_W_TY dual-channel Wi-Fi smart meter.
I've been using six of these devices for quite some time now.
During setup, the correct device-image was displayed, and the app (Smartlife) clearly shows me the most important information.

Last week, I set up the remaining two devices.
The first difference: I no longer saw the device-image for the PC311_W_TY.
The interface in the app no longer matches that of the other devices.

Furthermore, the values displayed do not match the actual readings.
How can I solve this problem, and what information is needed?

Some time has passed and I haven't made any progress with my problem.
However, I have noticed that the devices are running different versions of the firmware.
The six devices that are working have the following firmware:
Main module: v2.0.0; MCU module: v2.0.0.
The devices that aren’t working have the following firmware:
Main module: v1.0.13; MCU module: v1.0.13.
As I don't know anything about firmware, could this be the issue?
There are no updates available, even though you would expect there to be based on the version numbers.
Maybe someone has an idea after all.
