What firmware version do you have?

It should be 1.2x.x. I just updated it 3 days ago. Unfortunately I thought that remove the hub from Tuya app and then can reset and pair again. But after removed, I lost every info of it. And couldn’t pair anymore. Except that I have taken the device Id months before:ebf1220d7b5a3a491cxcft and the model is THP10-Z-X

I have raised a developer ticket but the support keeps telling me to ask the seller and blaming my device is faulty, Tuya support just don't admit that firmware is having issues and not willing face the challenge to fix the issue.

since there's no way that user can re-flash a bricked device(due to no permission) then I have no more confident in future support of adding more Tuya devices. with this event, my ZigBee IR cannot be paired anymore(my other ZigBee hub are all wireless, ZigBee IR only compatible with ethernet ZigBee Hub)
the Matter feature no longer available

the Ethernet stability no longer available in my network.

my remaining wireless ZigBee hub could suddenly drop from WiFi due to its lower latency.

I lost 3 big essential features just because of this newly roll out untested firmware. Bravo Tuya

you may probably see device not found , because I removed the device from my Tuya App, if you could retrieve archived log, it will be better I guess

again the reason why I wanted to remove the device is because I thought that remove and reset can allow me to pair the device again.

on 5th November, the update of firmware had timeout, and then I waited 7 hours hoping it can reboot properly by itself

We looked at the upgrade data online and found that most upgrades were successful, with only a few gateways experiencing issues after the upgrade.
After the upgrade, we observed anomalies in the gateways from the backend, but the cause is unknown. We have been trying to reproduce the issue locally but have not found the conditions to do so.
Could you please let us know where your gateway is? Would it be possible for you to send it to us for analysis? We can provide you with a replacement. Alternatively, who is your supplier?

Thanks so much to troubleshoot such big scale scan. I really appreciate that. However I couldn't live without a ZigBee bridge without Ethernet, because I need to use the ZigBee IR ZS06. I have already purchased another Zemismart M6 Gateway as a replacement.

As for the previous bricked Matter Bridge, I have no Idea where it ships from, as I was using Lazada Choice. I am in Malaysia but the seller is from China. The model is the same model as MOES Matter bridge but I did not purchased directly from MOES, therefore the reseller doesnt handle this case.
