THP10-Z-X Smart Wired Gateway Pro Thread Network

Is it possible to get the THP10-Z-X Smart Wired Gateway Pro to join the thread network that is setup by my AppleTV? Currently the THP10-Z-X defaults to creating its own stand alone network named TMSthread_98ec.
