Dear @iot_man, any news on the updates? I haven't seen anything on my end.

Also a question: do my presence sensors need to be online when the update is pushed, or will the update be made available to me, and I can install it at my convenience?

Just sent iot_man the device ID's (virtual ID's in the Smartlife app?), hopefully the issue will be fixed soon!

I agree, this is quite a lame excuse from Tuya, and not the reply your users may expect. It's quite simple: if Tuya sticks to their position hiding behind the vendors, than that simply means that we can't rely on the Tuya brand anymore, and we will buy our Zigbee products from different brands elsew...

To clarify: this include the device-types ZY-M100-S1 and ZY-M100-S2.

Until this issue is fixed, this otherwise great product is unusable.
