getting this on boot. what does this error mean is wrong?

The TMDA says I need to upgrade but then doesn't download anything. Dev platform download is for an even older version. Where is the latest please?

how can we get the latest SDK and documentation for the non-Armino chips if we do not have an agent? Access to Beken software, datasheets, SDKs for anything non-Armino is unfathomably tedious.
